- When you load the !Southease Genesis application,
- you will find the notes below useful :

- - clicking on the RED boxes will give you a
- different view.

- - clicking on the BLUE boxes will give you
- information.

- - on THE SOUTH WALL you can see the remains of
- a window arch set into the wall. This is all that is
- left of the original south aisle, which was
- blocked up and a window put in.

- - on THE NORTH WALL you will find the remains of
- a blocked up window. This is a window from
- the original Norman church.

- - on THE NORTH WALL (MORE) you can just make out
- the remains of a piscina in the centre of the
- photograph.
- This wall would have been the inside wall of the
- north aisle and the piscina would have been to the
- right of an altar.

- - THE PORCH is 16th century. The holy water
- stoup is Norman and the door is 14th century.

- - in PAINTINGS you can just make out the figure of
- a winged angel or cherub. The text underneath
- reads (in part) GOD IS THE JUDGE; HE PUTTETH
- DOWN ONE, AND HE SETTETH UP ANOTHER.

- - in WALL PAINTING you can just make out a
- circle with a cross in it.

- - in WALL PAINTING 2 you can just make out the
- the top half of the figure of Christ on the
- cross.
